Required Documentation
You must provide two documents to verify your student status:
1. Student Letter from Professor or Production Department
Your student letter must include:
• Production dates
• Name of filmmaker placing the rental order
• School name and contact information
• Signature or stamp from a professor or school production department
2. Student ID
• Must be current and valid
• Must match the name on the rental order

How to Submit Documentation
You have two options:
• Email documents to hello@dfirentals.com before pickup
• Bring physical copies at time of pickup
Important Notes
• Student status verification is required for every rental
• Discount cannot be applied after the rental is completed
• Orders without proper documentation will be charged full price
• Regular rental agreement and coverage requirements still apply
