All rental orders must have valid coverage for damage and theft up to the specified replacement value of the equipment rented. We offer several coverage options to suit different needs and situations.
Option 1: DFICover - Our In-House Coverage Solution
DFICover provides damage and theft coverage up to $30,000 with a $1,000 deductible. This option is available to both domestic and international clients.

Option 2: Third-Party Insurance
You may use your own insurance policy if it meets our requirements. Your Certificate of Insurance (COI) must list:

COI Requirements:
- Must be in ACCORD format
- Must list DFI Creative Solutions Corp. as additional insured and loss payee
- Must cover the full replacement value of rented equipment
- Must be valid for the entire rental period
- Must show coverage for rented/leased equipment
Incompatible Insurance Policies
- We do not accept insurance from Thimble and InsureMyEquipment
- We do not accept business property insurance, as it does not cover rented film equipment
- General liability insurance alone does not cover rented film equipment.
Option 3: Coverage Opt-Out
For orders under $3,000 in replacement value only, you may choose to opt out of coverage requirements.

- You are responsible for full replacement/repair costs
- No protection against loss or damage
