DFI Rentals offers a 15% discount on all equipment rentals to eligible nonprofit organizations. Here's what you need to know about qualifying for and using the nonprofit discount.
How to Apply the Discount
Use promo code NONPROFIT15 during checkout to apply the 15% discount to your order.
Who Can Get the Discount
Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) charity organization in the United States, provide valid documentation of nonprofit status, and not fall under excluded organization categories.
Organizations That Don't Qualify
• Educational and academic institutions (may qualify for student discount instead)
• Religious organizations that exclusively serve specific faiths
• Hospitals and hospital auxiliaries
• Nurses registers
• Mutual organizations and credit unions
• Organizations that practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background
Documents We Accept
You only need to provide ONE of these:
• IRS Determination Letter
• IRS Form 990
• State Nonprofit Incorporation Documents
• Certificate of Good Standing
• State Tax Exemption Certificates

Submit before pickup for faster processing
Important Things to Know
• We need to verify your nonprofit status for every rental
• We can't apply the discount after the rental is completed
• If you don't provide proper documentation, you'll be charged full price
• Regular rental agreement and coverage requirements still apply
