Overview
NET30 terms are exclusively available to other rental companies that have been pre-approved by DFI Rentals for preferred payment terms. This arrangement allows qualified rental companies to make payments up to 30 days after the return of rental equipment.
How NET30 Terms Work
When your rental company has been approved for NET30 terms:
- Your accounting department will receive an automated email notification when a rental order has been returned
- This notification begins your 30-day payment window
- All emailed invoices will reference your purchase orders (if provided as PDF) or PO numbers
Payment Reminders
To help you stay on track with payments, we will:
- Send a reminder email 7 days before the payment deadline
- Send a final reminder email 3 days before the payment deadline
We encourage completing payment as soon as possible to avoid any issues or delays.
Late Payment Consequences
If payment is not received within the 30-day window:
- Any applied order discounts will be revoked
- Your account will be placed on financial hold, preventing future orders from being reserved in our system
- Payments that are 60 days late will be automatically sent to collections, which may affect your ability to obtain credit.
- Your NET30 status will be revoked for payments past 60 days.
