Payment Methods and Process

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit card payments from all major card providers, such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, etc. 

How to Pay

For Quote-Based Orders:
Once you confirm your quote, you'll receive an order confirmation email containing a secure payment link. You can complete your payment through this link using any major credit or debit card.

For Online Bookings:
Payment is completed during the checkout process on our website using our secure payment system.

No Additional Fees
Unlike many other rental companies, we process all card payments with no additional fees. You won't be charged the industry-standard 3.5% credit card processing fee when paying by card.

DFICover Payments
If you opt for DFICover insurance, this will be processed as a separate transaction after your main order is placed. You'll receive a separate email with instructions to purchase your DFICover policy if needed.

Payment Timing
All payments must be completed before equipment pickup. We cannot release equipment without receiving full payment first.

Additional Charges
By providing your payment information, you authorize DFI Rentals to charge your card for:
- Order extensions
- Order modifications
- Late return fees
- Loss and damage charges
- Any other charges in accordance with our rental policies

This authorization is part of our standard rental agreement and helps ensure smooth handling of any additional charges that may arise during your rental period.

Payment Security
Our payment system is fully secure and compliant with current payment processing standards. Your payment information is encrypted and protected throughout the transaction process.

Remember to complete your payment before your scheduled pickup time to avoid any delays in receiving your equipment.
