Locating Return

We are based in Downtown Los Angeles, at the following address:

3610 S San Pedro St

Los Angeles, CA 90011

You may enter our building from South San Pedro St, where we have a loading zone and street parking directly outside of our door. 

If you are unable to locate our door, please look for the door that has a large "DFI" sign on it. 

Return Hours

Returns can be made anytime between 9:00AM-12:00PM. The latest return may be made at 12:00PM. Returns after 12:00PM will result in an additional day charge. Please contact us in advance if you foresee a late return, just in case your late return conflicts with an existing rental. 

What do I need to bring for Return?

- Your order number

Unloading

We provide complementary carts to assist you in transporting equipment to and from your vehicle. Carts may be used on the DFI Rentals premises, but may not be removed. 

 

Can someone else return on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can return the equipment on your behalf, however, you must provide them with your order number, so we are able to identify your return on arrival.
