Yes, someone else can return equipment on your behalf. For returns, we only require the order number to process the return - no additional authorization is needed.
What They Need for Returns The person returning your equipment only needs to provide:
- Your order number
- The equipment being returned
Return Process
- Make sure all equipment is packed and organized according to your order list
- Provide the person returning the equipment with your order number
- Have them come during our normal return hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday-Friday)
- Our team will verify all equipment matches the order list before completing the return
Important Notes
- While anyone can return equipment with your order number, you remain responsible for the equipment until it's checked in by our staff
- If any items are missing or damaged, we will contact the person listed on the original order
- Returns must be completed before 12:00 PM on your scheduled return date to avoid late fees
