Why Inspect Equipment?
While our team thoroughly tests and quality checks all equipment before pickup, we strongly encourage you to inspect everything yourself.

Once equipment leaves our facility, you become fully responsible for its condition, including any damage or loss. Taking time to properly inspect your rental equipment helps ensure a smooth production and protects you from responsibility for any pre-existing conditions.

General Inspection Steps

1. Check Your Order List
- Review your order list carefully
- Confirm all items are present
- Verify quantities of accessories and small items
- Make sure all cases are present

2. Physical Inspection
- Check for any visible damage on equipment bodies
- Inspect lens elements for scratches or marks
- Look for any loose parts or components
- Examine cables for cuts or wear
- Check cases for damage that could affect protection

3. Functional Testing
- Power on all electronic equipment
- Test basic functions of each item
- Check battery charges
- Verify lens movements are smooth
- Test any critical features you'll need

Document Any Issues
If you find anything:
- Alert our staff immediately before you leave the facility.
- Take clear photos
- Make note of the issue
- Have staff verify the condition

Time Management
- Arrive with enough time for thorough inspection
- Plan for 15-30 minutes depending on package size
- Don't rush the inspection process

We provide space to test equipment before leaving:
