Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

Yes, you can designate someone else to handle pickups and returns for you, however, you'll need to add them as an authorized pickup representative on your order.

How to add someone else as an authorized pickup representative?

1. To do this, you'll need to open your order confirmation email, and navigate towards the bottom under the section: "Designate Someone Else to Pick Up This Order."

2. Click on "click here to add them"

3. You'll be asked to fill in the necessary details about the person you are authorizing. Fill in all the details, including First/Last Name, Email, Phone. 

4. The authorized person will receive a text message and email containing pickup details, and a pickup QR code.

What do they need on Pickup Day?

On pickup day, ask your authorized pickup representative to bring:

- The pickup QR code sent to their email, along with the order number.

- A government issued photo ID.
