Standard Return Hours
Our equipment returns are accepted between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This schedule is carefully designed to allow our team sufficient time to inspect, test, and prepare equipment for the next rental. All equipment is due back by 12:00 PM on your scheduled return date.
Late Return Definition
Any equipment returned after 12:00 PM on your scheduled return date is considered late. This includes equipment returned later in the afternoon or the following day. Even if you're running a few minutes behind, please contact us to inform us of your expected arrival time.
Late Return Fees
Equipment returned after 12:00 PM will incur a full day's rental charge. This fee applies regardless of how late the return is - whether it's 30 minutes or several hours late. This policy exists because late returns impact our ability to prepare equipment for the next renter and may affect subsequent rentals scheduled for that day.
Impact on Other Renters
Late returns can have a cascading effect on our rental schedule. When equipment comes back late, it may delay or impact other renters who have booked the same equipment. This is particularly crucial for our busy season when equipment is often booked back-to-back.

If you anticipate being late for your return:

2. Provide your order number
3. Give us your estimated arrival time
4. Understand that late fees may apply
Extending Your Rental
If you need the equipment for longer than originally planned, it's better to extend your rental in advance rather than return late. Contact us as soon as possible to check availability and pricing for an extension. While we cannot guarantee extensions due to existing bookings, we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
