Early Pickup Requests

Our normal operating hours are designed to ensure proper equipment preparation and quality control. Returns are accepted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while standard pickups occur between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This schedule allows our team to properly inspect, test, and prepare equipment between returns and pickups.

Requesting Early Pickup
Early pickup may be available upon request, but availability is subject to our current rental schedule and equipment availability.

To request an early pickup, please email [e-mail] with your order number and desired pickup time. All early pickup requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to allow our team time to assess availability and make necessary arrangements.

Additional Charges
While standard pickup and return days are typically included at no additional charge, early pickups are billed as a full rental day.

This charge applies because providing equipment earlier than our standard pickup time makes it unavailable for other rentals during that period. Please factor this additional day charge into your budget when considering an early pickup request.

Availability and Limitations
We cannot guarantee early pickup availability as it depends on several factors.

- Equipment may be out with another client

- Pending return

- Requiring inspection and maintenance

Additionally, some equipment needs technical preparation time which cannot be shortened. Early pickups can only be accommodated during our business hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

If you need equipment before 9:00 AM, we strongly recommend scheduling your pickup for the previous day, or letting us know as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of availability.

Planning Alternatives
If early pickup isn't possible for your requested time, consider these alternatives:
1. Schedule your pickup for the previous day if you need the equipment before 9:00 AM
2. Adjust your production schedule to accommodate our standard pickup times
3. Book a longer rental period to ensure you have the equipment when needed
